NNDYM Hotels began its journey in 2008 with the acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express in Tell City, Indiana. Although our families had been in the hotel industry since 2004, this marked the first time that Samir, Dilip, and Anil came together to invest in a hotel under a shared vision. At the time, Dilip was also managing and partnering in a successful liquor store in Northern Illinois.

What started as a single investment has grown into a thriving hotel management company. Today, NNDYM Hotels proudly owns and operates 9 hotels across the Midwest, each focused on delivering quality service and strong community presence. As we look to the future, our goal is to continue expanding our footprint by developing new hotels throughout the region.
